A gang sheet is a single DTF film filled with multiple designs, packed tight to minimize waste. The way it works here: you send us your design files (or a layout), we nest them on a standard sheet (typically 22 inches wide), and you pay by linear inches of film used — not by the count of designs.
This is the cheapest way to get a wide variety of DTF prints. Side-hustle Etsy shops, small brands testing designs, event-staffing uniform shops all use this model. Minimum order is usually one sheet. Turnaround is usually 2-3 business days.
